We store your watchlist. We never see your bids.
The product reads public data and remembers what you asked it to watch. That is close to the whole story, and the rest is written out here.
What we store about you
Your name, email, company, state and password hash. Your watches, saved searches, alert preferences and usage counts (how many briefs and export rows you used this month). Team seat assignments. If you pay, the membership record and the Stripe customer reference; card numbers never touch our server. Contact form messages you send.
What we never touch
Your bid documents, pricing, drawings or proposals. Your email inbox. Your SAM.gov login. Any data from a private source. There is no upload feature for documents, on purpose.
Sign-in and sessions
Accounts are standard WordPress accounts with hashed passwords, served over HTTPS. Sessions are cookies. Signups are rate-limited and protected against bots. API keys on the Capture plan are shown once, stored hashed, and can be rotated from the account page.
Payments
Checkout runs through Stripe via Paid Memberships Pro. Stripe holds the card. We hold a customer reference and the plan. You can cancel from the account page and keep access to the end of the paid period.
Alert digests and the free report link are plain-text emails. Every digest carries a one-click stop link. We do not sell or share addresses.
One person runs this
There is no security team, no SOC 2 report, and no on-call rotation. Backups run on the hosting provider's schedule and ours. If your shop needs formal assurances to use a tool, ask before you buy and we will tell you plainly what exists and what does not.
