Acceptable use policy

You may

• Use records from the service in your own bids, marketing, planning and internal reports.
• Export CSVs within your plan's limits and use them inside your business.
• Use the API within your plan's limits with your own key.
• Share screenshots and individual records with partners and customers.

You may not

• Share a login, or use one seat for several people.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service outside the API and export features of your plan.
• Republish the compiled database, or a substantial part of it, as your own product, dataset or feed.
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email to the vendors, buyers or contacts it shows. Government points of contact are published for procurement questions.
• Use the service to violate procurement rules, export controls, or any law.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.

Enforcement

We warn first when the problem looks accidental. We suspend or close accounts for deliberate or repeated violations, without refund. Questions go to hello@lastawarded.com.
