Every client on one screen
Proposal writers, consultants and APEX Accelerator counselors work for many small contractors at once. Each company brings you in as its advisor, and Clients shows all of them side by side: whose registration runs out first, what is due next, and where the gaps are. Open one and you are working in it.
What Clients shows for each company
Its SAM.gov registration
The day it runs out and the days left, in red under 90 days, read from the registration the company has linked.
Its readiness gaps
How many items of its readiness checklist it does not hold yet, an unanswered one included.
Its pursuits and their value
How many pursuits are open and what they are worth, valued the way the company's own pipeline values them.
The next deadline
The soonest of a proposal due, a response due on a pursuit and a task due, counted from today.
Its CMMC score
From the company's own NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment, when it keeps one.
Your role, its plan and its last activity
What you are on that account, the plan it is on, and when its team last did something there.
Reads everything, writes the proposal work, never touches billing
The company's owner invites you on Users and billing, by email, as an advisor. You read all of its work. You change its proposals, drafts, RFI responses, pursuits with their capture plans and bid decisions, and tasks. Billing, the plan, seats, keys and closing the account stay with the owner, and our servers refuse them to an advisor, not only the screens.
An advisor takes a seat on the company's plan, as anybody else does. Removing you works like removing any seat, and what you made stays with the company.

How it works day to day
Clients is under Administration in the app, for anybody who holds a seat on two accounts or more, or is an advisor on one. Sort by the next deadline to see who needs you first, or by the registration to catch one about to lapse. Find a company by name, or show only the ones with something due in the next 14 days. Press Open and the app switches to that company and opens on its Today. The account switch at the foot of the menu does the same from any screen.
The roster leaves as a CSV or an Excel file. Where a company's role for you takes no files out, or does not open a screen, that figure is left out and the row says why.
Where it stops
An advisor works on seats. If other people hold seats on your own account, remove them before you accept a company's invitation: an account with seats of its own cannot hold a seat on another. An advisor does not invite people, change roles, change the company's handbook or see what people are paid, unless the owner ticks Can see pay. A seat the company's plan no longer covers is listed by name with no figures, and opening it opens your own work.
Your own account, and what it costs
Each company is on its own plan and you work in it on a seat, so what you can do there is what its plan covers. Your own account stays yours, with its own plan if you want one. See pricing for what each plan covers. Every paying account has its own referral link on Users and billing: when a company you send starts paying and its first payment is past the refund window, your next month is on us, up to twelve months a year while you are on a paid plan.
