LastAwarded does not submit bids, store your proposals, or scrape anything that is not a public federal source. It does not know what a prime contractor is planning. It does not know a buyer's budget before the buyer publishes it.
It reads what the government publishes, faster and more carefully than a person can, and puts it in front of you in the order that matters for a bid decision. That is the whole product, and it is enough to change what you bid on.
