Refund policy
Short, because the rule is simple. Last updated September 2026.
The rule
If the product is not what this site says it is, tell us within the first fourteen days of a paid period and we refund that period in full. After fourteen days, payments for the current period are not refunded, but you can cancel and keep access to the end of it.
Yearly plans: the same fourteen-day rule applies to the first payment. After that, a cancelled yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for and does not renew.
How to ask
Email hello@lastawarded.com from the account's address with the word refund in the subject. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
What is not refundable
Periods already used beyond the fourteen-day window. Usage that reached plan limits (briefs, exports) within a period you then cancel. Founding member rates are refundable under the same fourteen-day rule but the locked price is not offered again after a refund.
