What is in an issue
An issue is short. For each thing you chose it gives the counts and one line, then the link to the page.
- For each NAICS code: the notices posted since your last issue, how many are open now and how many close within seven days
- The week in that code: how many awards were made, what they were worth, and the weekly average to read that against
- Ending soon: how many contracts in that code end within twelve months
- For each state and each set-aside: the new notices and what is open now
Choose nothing and you get the general issue: what was posted across every code this week, what closes in the next seven days, and the busiest codes. A week with nothing new in what you follow is not mailed every week. You hear about a quiet market once in four weeks, not four times.
How it works
You confirm first. Signing up sends one mail with a link. The link opens a page with one button, and until you press that button nothing else is sent to that address.
You can change it. Every issue carries a link that opens your choices: the codes, the states, the set-asides and how often. It works without signing in.
You can leave at any time. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, which opens a page with one button. Your mail program can show its own unsubscribe button as well, and that one is a single press.
An issue shows what the public page for each code shows. The record behind the numbers, every award, every buyer and every incumbent, is in the app.
