What you are chasing, with the dates in your calendar
Track a notice or a recompete from its page. It gets a stage, a due date and your notes. Every open item, every watched notice closing soon and every recompete on your codes ending in the next year lands in one calendar feed.
Six stages, your notes, nothing else
Tracking, pursuing, submitted, won, lost, no bid. Move an item with one select. Notes save as you type. The due date is the response deadline for a notice and the period of performance end for a recompete, and you can override it. Today shows what is due in the next two weeks.
It is not a proposal suite on purpose. There are no color teams, document libraries or win-probability workflows. It is the short list of what you are working on, next to the record that tells you whether it is worth working on.

One subscription, every deadline
Your account page carries a private calendar address. Subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and it refreshes itself: pipeline items with dates, notices on your watchlist closing in the next sixty days, and recompetes on your watched codes and buyers ending in the next twelve months. Each event links back to the record.
The address is a secret; anyone with it can read the feed. Rotate it by asking on the contact page.
Where it stops
The feed reads the record as it stands on each refresh. A deadline the buyer moved after your calendar last refreshed shows the old date until the next refresh; the notice page always has the current one.
