Know which contracts are worth your capture budget before you spend it
One month of one person chasing a pursuit that was never winnable costs more than a year of any plan on this page. That is the whole argument. Every plan answers the same questions; start on one code and see for yourself, then pick the one that matches how much of the market you watch, how many people work on it, and how fast you want to hear.
Plans and prices
One Code
Pick one NAICS code and read its awards, its open notices, its prices, its incumbents and its recompetes. No card, nothing to cancel, and no day it stops.
- Every federal award in that code, back to FY2001
- Every open notice in it, the day it posts
- What the work goes for, office by office
- Who holds the contracts, and when they end
- Recompetes and repeat-buy forecasts in that code
- Three full pursuit briefs a month
A plan opens every other code and the rest of the record: vehicles, labor rates, rules and funding, subawards and grants. It also opens the tools: the pipeline, the calendar and tasks, the bid worksheet, the contract ledger, the books, win and loss, alerts, Excel and CSV export and the AI readings.
One code at a time. You can change it once in the first 24 hours, then every 30 days.
Every paid plan answers
- Which contracts are worth your capture budget, and why each one made the list
- How often each agency re-buys the work, so an end date becomes a forecast
- Who holds it now, what they were paid, and how crowded the field is
- What the work goes for, office by office, before you put a number on a page
- Who to call first at the buying office, and who signs
- Whether you could pass the clauses if you won, and how long each gap takes to close
- What to do twelve, nine, six and three months out, counted back from a published date
- The bid priced, the contract tracked, and what you won and lost fed back in
Every plan answers all of it. What the cards below compare is how much of the market you can watch at once, how many people can work on it, and how fast you hear.

Beside the plan
One more seat
$49 a month on Shop, down to $25 on Enterprise. A seat is one more person on the same account and its work, who keeps their own watchlist, alerts and saved views. Each seat is a member, a viewer who changes nothing, a manager who also invites people, or an advisor who writes the proposal work and never touches billing. It is bought from the account screen inside the app, at any time, and it starts the moment it is paid for.
100 more AI readings
$25 a month, the same on every plan, because a reading is the same reading whoever asks for it. Everyone on the account draws from the pack. It is bought from the account screen inside the app, at any time, and it starts the moment it is paid for.
An add-on belongs to the account, renews each month, and can be canceled on its own without touching the plan. Moving up a plan is usually the better buy once you need several of either.
Space Coast companies: Shop for $99 a month, locked
Locked for as long as you stay, for the first 250 Space Coast companies we approve. Ask on the contact page and we send you a code to use at checkout. In return, we ask for a short call every quarter about what is missing.
A paid plan opens after checkout; One Code opens once you confirm your email address. Cancel any time; you keep the paid plan to the end of the period you paid for, and the account stays open on One Code afterwards. Prices in US dollars. See refunds.
Every plan, line by line
90 lines where the plans differ, in the groups the cards use. The plan an account opens on is the first column. What every paid plan has and it does not is one row in each group, each of its lines named under it.

One Code is the plan an account opens on: one NAICS code, with its awards, open and closed notices, prices, incumbents, recompetes and forecast, and three pursuit briefs a month. Every plan, One Code included, has Today, One market, your company, what you can perform, describe the work, per diem rates, the handbook, courses, the glossary, the FAR and DFARS library, security and the calendar feed.
Pipeline to your CRM comes with the Capture and Enterprise plans only, the plans that include API and webhooks. It does not come with One Code, Shop or Pro. AI writing on a proposal draft is optional. It is off until the account owner or a manager turns it on.
How your work is kept
What you enter here is yours. Nobody on another account can read it, and none of it is counted into any figure we publish.
A server of its own
LastAwarded runs on a private server. No other site shares it.
How it is kept →Encrypted on the way
Every page and every request is encrypted between your browser and our server.
How it is kept →Copied every night
A copy of your account and your work is taken every night, encrypted, and a second copy is kept in another place.
How it is kept →Your password and your card
Your password is stored as a hash, never as the password itself. Your card is held by the payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
How it is kept →Billing questions
Can I use it before I subscribe?
Yes. An account opens on One Code: pick one NAICS code and you get its awards, its open notices, its prices, its incumbents and its recompetes, with no card and no day it stops. You can also describe the work to find it within that code, and look up per diem rates. What a paid plan adds is every other code, the rest of the record, and the tools that run the business: the pipeline, the calendar and tasks, the bid worksheet, contract administration, agreements, the books, win and loss, alerts, Excel and CSV export, and the AI readings, with an AI key of your own if you want more of them than the plan includes.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from the account page. Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Is AI writing switched on for my proposal drafts?
No. A proposal draft works with no AI, and AI writing is off for every account until its owner or a manager turns it on. Before it turns on, the screen shows what a press sends and to whom. See Proposal drafts.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account drops back to One Code rather than going dark: one NAICS code, with the whole record behind it. Your profile, watchlist and saved views stay for when you come back, and documents you uploaded can still be downloaded and deleted.
What differs between the plans?
How much of the market you watch at once, how far ahead you see, how many rows a search returns, how many people work in the account, how much the library holds, how many AI briefs you get, and whether the API, alert webhooks and the pipeline to your CRM come with it. Each difference is a line in the table above, with One Code beside the four paid plans. Everything else is on every paid plan, and the list under the cards names it.
What is Enterprise?
Everything in Capture, with fifty seats, larger searches, a larger library, saved views with no cap, 2,000 AI readings a month, an API onboarding call, invoice billing with purchase orders and yearly terms, and custom data cuts on request. Choose it on this page like any other plan, or use the contact page first if you need a purchase order.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly plans are priced at ten months, so you pay for ten and get twelve.
What is the founding member rate?
A locked Shop-plan price for the first local companies we approve, in return for a short call every quarter about what is missing. Ask on the contact page and we send you a code to use at checkout.
Is there a reward for sending another company?
Yes. Send another company your link from Users and billing in the app. When they start paying and their first payment is past the refund window, your next month is on us, up to twelve months a year while you are on a paid plan.
Do you offer refunds?
See the refund policy. In short: if the product is not what the site says it is, tell us within the first two weeks of a paid period and we refund it.
