Terms of service
Plain English first, then the formal points. Last updated September 2026.
The short version
LastAwarded is a reading tool built on public federal data. You pay for a plan, you get the features of that plan, you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of what you paid for. Do not abuse the service, resell the data as your own product, or use it to break the law. The data comes from government sources and can be wrong or late; check the source before you act on it. We are not liable for lost bids.
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you (the person or business using the service) and the operator of LastAwarded ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. Accounts
You must provide a working email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team seats you invite. One person per seat. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy.
3. Plans, trials and payment
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal. An account gives access to the app only while a plan is active: a paid subscription, an invoiced plan, or complimentary access we grant in writing, which ends automatically. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe through Paid Memberships Pro; we do not store card numbers. Taxes may apply where required.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel from your account page at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account keeps its profile, watchlist and saved searches but cannot open the app until a plan is active again. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
5. The data
Records shown in the service come from public federal sources (SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, FPDS.gov and the public SAM entity registry) as published, with our own resolution, classification and scoring on top. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The data disclaimer applies to everything you see. You may use records from the service in your own business. You may not republish the service's compiled database, in whole or in substantial part, as a product or dataset of your own.
6. AI-written content
Briefs, summaries and search interpretations labeled as AI-written are generated from public text by a language model. They can be wrong. They are not legal, financial or procurement advice. Read the solicitation before you act.
7. Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. In short: no scraping beyond your plan's API, no sharing of accounts, no use that breaks federal procurement rules or any law, no attempts to break or overload the service.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you type into the service (watch names, saved searches, messages). You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. We do not sell it.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not promise it, and we may change or remove features. One person operates the service; support is by email and best effort.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost bids, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. Questions about these terms go to hello@lastawarded.com.
