A CRM that knows the federal record
A sales CRM knows the people somebody typed into it. This one also knows every contracting officer and specialist named on a notice, the office they buy for and what they buy, so it can tell you who you have not met yet.
who already passes work down in your code from subaward reporting, filed by the prime
What it keeps
| What | Holds |
|---|---|
| Organizations | Agencies, buying offices, primes, subcontractors, teaming partners and competitors, each with a status, a tier and an owner. One added from the record stays joined to its page there. |
| People | Contracting officers, contract specialists, CORs, program managers, small business specialists and teaming contacts, with how warm the relationship is. |
| Links | Who on your team knows whom, who reports to whom, who introduced whom, which organizations have worked together, and which pursuits each one is part of. |
| Touchpoints | Every call, meeting, email and event, against a person, an organization and a pursuit, with the next step and its date. |
Who to know
The contracting people the government named on the notices of the offices you pursue, watch or keep in your book, ranked by how much of your kind of work they handle. Open notices count most, then notices in your codes. Small business specialists and contracting officers are raised, because they are the two a company new to an office should know first.
Anyone already in your book is left off, so the list is who is missing. One press adds a person, with the office they work at.
The people on a pursuit, on the pursuit
Each pursuit and its lifecycle record show the organizations and people on it, and every touchpoint about it. A touchpoint about a pursuit is written into its history. A next step with a date becomes a task on the pursuit, so it is on the calendar with everything else.

The forecast by fiscal year
The open pipeline by the federal fiscal quarter of each expected award, October to December being the first quarter of the next fiscal year, weighted by each pursuit's chance of a win. It is the calendar a government customer spends by.
Yours
Your book belongs to your account and is never shown to another. The email address and telephone of a contracting person are the ones the government published on its own notices.
