What they need, who is buying, the dates, the fit, what to do next
A brief is written from the notice fields and full text plus the buyer's prior awards on the same code. It comes back under fixed headings: what they need, who is buying, key dates, set-aside and who can bid, fit for a small or mid-size supplier with a score from 1 to 5, what happened last time, what to do next, and questions for the contracting officer. It ends with one line reminding you to read the solicitation.

Every new notice tagged by work type, process and material
New notices are classified overnight, watched codes first: machined parts, sheet metal, welding, coatings, heat treating, electronics, fasteners, fluid, bearings, seals, plastics, tooling, repair, engineering, raw material, IT and software, professional support, construction, facilities, logistics, medical, training, research, security or supplies, plus processes like "cnc milling" or "help desk", materials or systems, a quantity hint, and a supplier fit score. The tags become filters and the fit score sorts Today.
A question becomes a search you can refine
The Ask box turns a plain question into a structured search: which list (notices, awards, recompetes, buyers, vendors), which codes, which keywords, which state, which buyer, what value range, how many months. It shows how it read the question, shows the results, and links you into the full list with the filters set so you can adjust them.
When AI is unavailable the same box falls back to rules, and says so.
Where it stops
The model only sees the public notice text, the award history we give it, and your question. It can misread. Every AI-written block is labeled. It is not legal, financial or procurement advice.
