Ten years of who bought what, from whom, for how much

The public record holds every award your company could have quoted, in every code, at every agency. This is that record, cleaned, resolved and searchable, with every row linked back to its source.

The list

Search it like a spreadsheet, without building one

Filter by code, PSC, buyer, vendor, state, set-aside, competition, work type, value range, fiscal year and dates. The total obligated for your filter shows at the top. Facets show the split by code, sub-agency, set-aside, year and state.

  • Sort by start date, value, end date, vendor, buyer or code
  • Vendor names link to resolved incumbent profiles
  • Watchlist-only switch for your codes and buyers
  • CSV export within your plan's monthly rows
The record

Every field, explained, with the source one click away

PIID, parent vehicle, vendor with UEI and CAGE, awarding and funding agencies down to the office, NAICS and PSC with titles, obligated and ceiling values, period of performance with potential end date, set-aside, extent competed, offers received, solicitation number, pricing type, place of performance and vendor location.

Large awards and awards ending soon get a detail pass that fills in competition, options and the office. You can trigger it yourself on any award.

Where it stops

USASpending publishes with a lag of days to weeks; the FPDS feed fills part of it. Ten fiscal years load one subsector and year at a time, so the oldest years of quiet codes arrive last. Office names arrive with detail records, so some rows show only the sub-agency until then.
