The newest 25 are public. Members see every open notice, filter by buyer, PSC, work type, place and deadline, get the deadline into their calendar, and read who won the same work last time.

By state of performance

By notice type

Source: SAM.gov opportunities API, every notice type, refreshed daily (last Sep 13, 2026). A notice leaves this list two days after its deadline.

What each notice type means

Solicitation

A request for quotes or proposals with a deadline. This is the one you bid on. Read every attachment and amendment on SAM.gov before you price it.

Combined synopsis and solicitation

The notice and the solicitation in one document, common for commercial items and small buys. Same rule: read it all, then quote.

Sources sought

The buyer is asking who can do this before deciding how to compete it. A short capability statement here shapes the set-aside decision. Free to answer, high value.

Presolicitation

A heads-up that a solicitation is coming. Use the weeks in between to study the incumbent, the price history and the buyer.

Special notice

Industry days, draft requirements, program announcements. Not a bid, but often the earliest public signal of a large buy.

Award notice and justification

Who won, and why a buy was not competed. Members see these next to the award record so the history and the notice line up.

How this page relates to the rest of the record

A notice is the front of the story; an award is the end of it. Every NAICS code page, PSC page, buying office page, agency page, state page and set-aside page on this site now carries an "open right now" block, so you can read the history and the live work in one place. Members get the same notices with the buyer's award history alongside, an AI brief on request, a track button into the pipeline, deadline reminders, and a calendar feed with every due date.

Assistance (grants) does not post here. Grants are applied for through programs, not bid on through solicitations, and their open funding notices live on Grants.gov. The grants page covers what has been awarded.
