This procurement is being conducted in accordance under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this as the US Embassy Bogotá has officially controlled its office furniture inventory to a specific make of furniture to maximize efficiency, compatibility, and safety. Mepal SAS is the only vendor that currently has met the furniture, layout and office space concept also, Mepal SAS - is uniquely qualified brand that meets the required design and quality level.
