Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. Creating an account takes a minute and sets up your profile; the app opens when checkout completes. The free report is public and covers any code, so you can see the shape of the data before you pay.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from the account page. Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account can still sign in and see the plan page, but not the data. Your profile, watchlist and saved searches stay for when you come back.
What is Enterprise?
Capture with fifty seats, larger result lists, an API onboarding call, invoice billing and yearly terms, and custom data cuts on request. Ask on the contact page and we set it up by invoice.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly plans are priced at ten months, so two months are free.
What is the founding member rate?
A locked Shop-plan price for the first local shops that join and agree to a short quarterly call about what is missing. Ask on the contact page.
Do you offer refunds?
See the refund policy. In short: if the product is not what the site says it is, tell us within the first two weeks of a paid period and we refund it.
